There is a madness to my method

The people who thank you for the watch in this page are among the best of coming up with non-generic ways of thanking. I wish that one day I can come up with such genius things, but until then I merely sulk and mention under my breath but loud enough for you to hear it:
'Thanks for the watch... man was that generic.'
Then walk away awkwardly wearing a facepalm at self.

I spend 12 hours preparing my D&D game for you, cleaning the apartment, drawing the dungeon, detailing the bad guys, making sure the fantasy economy makes sense... and finally the day arrives. You show up, sit down, and I sit down.

I say, "You are at the entrance to the dungeon."

You say, "I teleport to the end boss, finger-of-death his ass, and take the booty."

Shocked, I look at the mounds of paper and sweat and blood you've just skipped over. I turn back and just stare at you for a minute.

I grumble, "Thanks for the watch..."

Callin' you an angel, callin' you the nicest things

As you work on your own stuff on a computer, slowly a Saurian being emerges from the wall, slowly. Creeping up, closer to you. But it is too late, by the time you realize someone is in the room. The being yells "THANKS FOR THE WATCH AND THE FAV!!!!" and disappears.
